Hello Everyone,

Here is what we covered today:


Class Period 1:

1) MyView Pages 117-120

Pages 117 & 118: Said aloud and wrote words that end in -dge, then wrote two sentences using words we just learned.

Pages 119-120: Read a story called "Cars by Bob". The story used the -est and -er comparative word endings and -dge ending words. I asked the class various questions about these two pages of the story. We also found and highlighted the comparative words and the words ending in -dge.

We learned about words that had the same diphthongs and circled them after viewing the matching image.
