Here is what we covered today:


Class Period 3:

1) Vocabulary Review with Baamboozle- We played a vocabulary game in class using the website Baamboozle. Here is the link:

2) Since our story for Week 6 and Week 7 is "American Flag", I gave students a worksheet where they colored the American Flag. The other side of the worksheet is Halloween, which is a popular Western holiday on October 31. The worksheet is not for homework. The students can keep at home.

3) Week 6 American Flag Vocabulary worksheet: I had student work on this in class and as homework for the weekend. We will not have a test next week, but they should know the words for the midterm.

We learned about words that had the same diphthongs and circled them after viewing the matching image.
