Hello Everyone,

Here's what we covered in class:

Class Period 3

1) Students took the Week 12 Unit Exam

2) MyView 1.2 Workbook, Page 160: Selected the word that had the same long o sound and spelling as the example. We did the same for two questions that had the three-letter consonant blends str and spl, respectively.

Class Period 4

1) MyView 1.2 Workbook, Page 161-163: We read the passage "What a Fall" about three activities that you can do in autumn. We then answered multiple choice comprehension questions about the passage.

2) My View 1.5 Textbook, Pages 44, 46, 51:

Page 44: Wrote the season name that matches one of four pictures.

Page 46: Described the seasons spring, summer, and autumn using a few words each.

Page 51: Grouped words that contained the long o spellings "oa", "ow", and "oe" into their respective categories.

Homework:

1) Write 5 sentences with two vocabulary sentences each.

2) OKSensay Week 12 Comprehension Questions.
