Hello Everyone,

Here's what we covered in class today:


Class Period 3:

1) Students took the Week 15 Vocabulary Test. I will hand these back on Monday.


Class Period 4:

1) MyView, pages 94-98

Page 94-95: Read about activities in Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Page 96-97: Learned about the sound for the blends eu, ew, and ui, went over some examples, and circled the correct word that matched the pictures.

Page 98: We filled in the blanks of problems with the correct word from the box that met the description.


Homework:

1) Write the final draft of the "How to _____" writing assignment. Make sure the writing and drawings are nice and use color for the drawings. Turn in on Monday.

2) Sensay Week 15 Read Aloud.

Since the second draft was already printed on white stock paper, I gave the students regular paper to write the final draft on. We learned about words that had the same diphthongs and circled them after viewing the matching image.
