Monday, October 21 Classes

Hello Everyone,

Here is what we covered today:

Period 5: 

1) I collected the Oral Review Worksheets

2) I collected the final drafts of the students who did not submit them on Friday.

3) We completed the communication books.

4) I played a movie

5) I conducted the Oral Test with students, one by one.

Period 6:

1) Continued the Oral Testing

2) Continued the Movie

Period 7:

1) Continued the Oral Testing

2) Started a new movie


Homework: 

1) Study for the Listening Test the Wednesday, October 23. We will do an in-class review for this tomorrow.

2) I posted a new OKSensay Reading Comprehension assignment this week.

3) Log onto Savvas and complete the reading assignments. I assigned the three readings (Through Georgia's Eyes, Before the Railroad Came, What is the Story of our Flag?) that the class already completed in class. This is for review, but also needs to be complete by the students.

We learned about words that had the same diphthongs and circled them after viewing the matching image.
