1) We finished going over the answers to the practice test.

2) Worked on MyView 1.2 Workbook, Pages 127-131:

Page 127: Fill-in-the blanks with high-frequency words

Page 128: Finding words with the same ou/ow and ay/ai sounds.

Page 129-131: Read two passages and answered questions about them. 


Class Period 7:

1) Skill Sharpeners Math 2, Pages 27-29: Added and subtracted 2 digit numbers and learned how to use a pie chart measure in inches.


Homework:

1) Study! Study! Study for the Written Exam, which is tomorrow, October 29. You can study using the practice test worksheet, the textbooks, past worksheets and tests, and the weekly PPTs. I will need to collect the MyView 1.4 textbooks again tomorrow, so be sure to bring them to school. Actually, bring all books back to school since the exams will be over tomorrow.

2) Sensay weekly assignment (same as the one last week).

We learned about words that had the same diphthongs and circled them after viewing the matching image.
